Refund policy

We want you and your pup to love your order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email sniffandseekpets@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send the item back.

Lost orders: If your order never arrives, we'll reship it or refund you in full.

Other returns: Because our products are pet items, we can't accept returns of used products for reasons other than a defect.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
